
INGREDIENTS:
Chicory
Celery
Apple
Grape fruit
Coconut yogurt
Yellow raisins
Hazelnuts
I aim to get as many vegetables into my stomach as possible at the start of the day. This is breakfast for me. But if this goes a bit far for you, it is also a great lunch or a summer evening meal. Add some lentils or whole grain rice if you want to make it more filling.
Cut the chicory, celery and apple in a size that you like to eat.

Throw everything in a bowl
Add a small handful of raisins
Put a big spoonful of coconut yogurt on top
Chop the hazelnuts, and sprinkle them on top.
